Behind-the-scenes subcontract
You lead the engagement and client communication; we work to the agreed statement of work, reporting line and deliverables. White-label arrangements are considered case by case.
FOR CONSULTANTS, MSPs & ADVISORY FIRMS
You own the client relationship. When specialist technology work needs an experienced delivery hand, we can discuss a scoped partnership that respects your role and the outcome you promised.
THE SITUATION
A client asks for a complex integration, a security remediation plan, or a cloud transition. You're the trusted advisor and understand the account. The gap isn't your commitment; it's dedicated implementation capacity or specialized technical experience at the right moment.
We want to help consulting firms take on the work they are qualified to lead—with a defined delivery partner when the scope calls for one.
PARTNER PROJECTS
ERP migrations, business application connections, data movement planning, APIs, operational workflow analysis and technical coordination.
Microsoft 365 environments, identity, hybrid systems, networks, backup/continuity, assessments, risk mitigation and modernization projects.
Workflow discovery, responsible AI pilots, process automation, implementation planning and integration into practical operations.
You can also request technology architecture review, project oversight, or interim technical leadership where the engagement fits.
WORKING TOGETHER
You lead the engagement and client communication; we work to the agreed statement of work, reporting line and deliverables. White-label arrangements are considered case by case.
We join a defined workstream with your team and stakeholders, coordinate technical decisions and communicate through the plan everyone has approved.
You need a focused second opinion, implementation assessment, troubleshooting workstream, or documentation and handoff plan.
WHY PARTNERS CALL
Every engagement starts with a conversation about what you promised your client, what is included, what is excluded, how success will be tested, and how communication will work.
Confidentiality, non-solicitation, intellectual property, subcontract permissions, security access and client-facing roles should be captured in the relevant agreements. We do not assume those protections exist without signed terms.
